Curriculum Framework
All courses at the college are :
- Affiliated to SDSUV / HNBGU and based on latest NEP 2020 models
- Offered under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS)
- Include core papers, skill-based courses, value-added modules, and internships
- Support multiple exit options (as per NEP for UG programs)
B.Ed students follow a semester-based structure with school internships and practicum components.
BCA, B.Sc (IT), and B.Sc. students engage in lab-based practicals and field projects.
M.Com, BBA, and B.Com emphasize business simulation, case studies, and research-based projects.
Attendance Policy
- A minimum of 75% attendance in each course (theory & practical) is compulsory.
- Students failing to meet this requirement may be debarred from end-semester exams.
- Medical leave must be supported with official documentation.
Evaluation and Examinations
- Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE): 30% weightage (assignments, presentations, internal tests)
- Semester-End Examination (SEE): 70% weightage
- Practical exams and viva voce are mandatory for science, IT, and education streams
- Students must maintain academic honesty—cheating or plagiarism will invite disciplinary action
Student Responsibility
- Students are responsible for tracking their academic progress, including internal marks and attendance.
- They must regularly check official college notices and university updates.
- Active participation in seminars, personality development, and skill workshops is strongly encouraged.
Promotion & Progression
- Students must secure the minimum pass marks as per university norms to be promoted to the next semester/year.
- Supplementary exams (if applicable) are conducted by the university as per schedule.
- Students with academic backlogs must clear them within the allowed timeframe for degree completion.
Academic Integrity
- Plagiarism, impersonation, or academic misconduct in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Use of unfair means during exams or falsification of records may lead to cancellation of results or suspension.
- Students are encouraged to maintain ethical standards in all academic activities and submissions.
